LHC micro models

August, 2016

CoEPP organised sets of Large Hadron Collider (LHC) micro models for a family day at Sydney's Powerhouse Museum. The Lego bricks were sourced individually and we spent the better part of the day sorting the bricks into sets and building a LHC (or two...)
The micro models were designed by Nathan Readioff, a PhD student at the University of Liverpool. For more info about these and other Build Your Own Particle Detector projects see build-your-own-particle-detector.org
