General Information
The CoEPP 2017 Annual Workshop will be held at the Stamford Grand Hotel at Glenelg, a beachside suburb of Adelaide. The venue is located on the foreshore of Glenelg beach. Approximate travelling time from Adelaide Airport to Glenelg is 20 minutes.

Graduate Summer School: Monday 20th February and Tuesday 21st February, 2017
All CoEPP students are invited to attend the Graduate Summer School which will take place at the Stamford Grand Hotel on Monday 20th February and Tuesday 21st February, 2017. The Summer School will commence at 10.45 am on Monday 20th February.
Transport from Adelaide Airport to the Stamford Grand Hotel at Glenelg on Monday 20th February will either be by chartered bus or by shared taxis. Please discuss with your Node administrator.

CoEPP Workshop: Wednesday 22nd February – Friday 24th February, 2017
Arrival into Adelaide will be on Tuesday 21st February in the early afternoon, and transport to the Stamford Grand Glenelg will either be by chartered bus or by shared taxis. At the conclusion of the CoEPP Workshop (Friday 24th February at 1.30 pm), chartered buses will take Melbourne, Monash and Sydney people to Adelaide Airport to catch planes home.

Catering during the Graduate Summer School and CoEPP Workshop:
Breakfast, morning and afternoon teas and lunches will be provided daily for participants.
Social Program Information:
A Welcome Reception/Poster Session will be held on Tuesday 21st February, 2016 at 6.00 pm.
The Workshop dinner will be held on Thursday 23rd February, 2016 at 7.00 pm. Accompanied persons are welcome to attend the Workshop dinner, although there will be a charge.
Travel to Adelaide to attend the CoEPP Workshop
Please discuss with your Node administrator your accommodation and flight requirements. Registration needs to be completed ASAP.
Flights and accommodation is at a premium at this time of the year due to the holiday season and the beach location of our Workshop.
