The annual CoEPP workshop will be held in Wollongong from
Tuesday 18 February to Friday 21 February 2014

at the Novotel North Beach Hotel, 2-14 Cliff Road, North Wollongong NSW 2500

Participants can check in from 2pm on Tuesday 18th February 2014.  At check-in you will be asked to provide a credit card (or a cash deposit of $250) to cover any incidentals you may incur.  Note: buffet breakfast, lunch and internet in rooms is included in the conference package.
A coach transfer will be organised from Sydney Domestic Terminal to the hotel, suggested coach departure time is around 3pm.  Please organise flights accordingly. If warranted a minibus shuttle for up to 11 passengers at a different time can be organised.  Please indicate your proposed arrival time at Sydney airport on the registration form.  Those attending the Summer School on the Monday and Tuesday will be bussed down to Wollongong, leaving Sydney at about 5pm. Return transfers on the Friday afternoon will be organised to leave at about 1.00-1.30pm depending on flight times.
There is no formal reception on the Tuesday evening as Summer School participants will be arriving fairly late from Sydney. A buffet-style breakfast and lunch will be served each day in the hotel's Windjammer restaurant and the Conference Dinner will be on the Thursday evening in the Admiral's Dining Room. On the Friday a working lunch will be served in the meeting area and boxed lunches will be available on request for those departing immediately for the airport.
Information on Wollongong can be found at  In particular information on the free shuttle bus can be found at how to get around.  The Novotel is located at the Bourke Street stop.  Participants arriving by train can avail themselves of this free service to get from the main Wollongong train station to the hotel (note there is a short walk from the station exit up to Princes Hwy. The Bourke St stop is right opposite Novotel). Train fare from Sydney Central to Wollongong is $8.40 for adults, $4.20 for students. The fare from Sydney airport is $20.70 adult, $13.80 concession (includes airport station fee). Passengers travel 2 stops to Wolli Creek then change to a South Coast Line train to Wollongong.  Timetables can be found at
